Gilsbar, Inc. and CNA to Host Attorneys' Risk Management Seminar in Atlanta

June 4, 2004 -- Statistics indicate that the number of legal malpractice cases is increasing at a rate greater than the growth of the legal industry.* To help combat this statistic, Gilsbar, Inc., the exclusive administrator for the CNA Lawyers Professional Liability Program in the state of Georgia, is sponsoring a risk management seminar. Designed to identify all levels of risk associated with client representation, the seminar encourages legal practices to help reduce malpractice exposure. Local firm partners will discuss effective ways to communicate with clients and recent developments in legal and malpractice ethics rules.

The seminar is to be held Tuesday, June 22, 2004 at the Cobb Galleria, beginning at 8 AM and will conclude at noon. Participants earn three hours of CLE ethics credit and up to a 7.5% premium reduction on their CNA policy, for up to three renewal periods.
