DALLAS, TX September 20, 2004 -- Alan Rich, a shareholder with the law firm of Baron & Budd, P.C., will today discuss asbestos appellate rulings during the past year at Mealey's National Asbestos Litigation Conference at the Westin Hotel in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
